This adventurous California girl is now New Zealand bound. Having just received approval of my application for permanent residency, I plan to settle soon and make New Zealand my home for life. I am single, self-sufficient, no children...a black lab who is coming too! I prefer to live casually but comfortably and throw myself full throttle into anything I do. I am optimist and am passionate about travel, my research and being a science educator. I curently spend my summers in Hawaii teaching Oceanography for Johns Hopkins University where I work with gifted and talented youth. At this stage of life, I am not a slave to a particular lifestyle. I now know more than ever that the shared experience is what enriches us...and the sharing of ideas is the truly the ultimate intimacy.
